Dietz Co Ventures is an Advisory business I started to work with venture and mid-market teams on their growth ambitions. I excel at helping lower ($8-10M to $20-30M+) and midmarket businesses ($30M to over $250M) scale.
I’m working with Climate Tech (BetterCity), AI robotics (Alquist) and AI SaaS (Inevitable/Signalpattern) teams to help them scale. Previously, I worked with Sustainability/MEP Advisory SMBs (Atelier Ten) and their parent companies (Surbana Jurong), consumer (Repurpose), wellness/pilates (Flex APAC), fashion and online marketplaces businesses (Baltini.com).
My role can be as an Advisor, COO, CSO (Sustainability/Strategy), Integrator or Consultant.

2016 – 2021
As a prior COO for a portfolio of lifestyle and fashion brands, I worked with our CEO, first as her maternity cover and then as her COO, to rebrand our company, set up our entity in mainland China and then add three brands to our portfolio. I co-led our China market entry and expansion across retail, wholesale and digital. With support from our Board, PE investors and Family office accelerator, we successfully achieved topline 2-3x in 3 years. Our brands included Tom Dixon, BoConcept, Ski Project and Templa.
I led international expansion efforts for several consumer goods (Godiva, Garrett Popcorn), real estate services (Cushman & Wakefield) and tech/telecom (Asurion) MNCs. For 16 years, I was based in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong and built an expertise helping MNCs build and adapt existing products and brands for Asian markets. Most of my efforts involved business planning for exponential growth targets.
9 years at McKinsey & Co gave me a strong foundation in client service and fed my entrepreneurial leaning; a new practice group that we built brought me to China as an expert.
